2021 Special Olympics Torch Run

The 2021 Special Olympics Torch Run took place in Dexter Friday morning. members of local law enforcement agencies carried the torch down Business 60 starting at Walmart and ending their run at On The Go. "This is one of the organization (Special Olympics) I hold near and dear to my heart, being able to just show something small for the Dexter Police Department and the City of Dexter. This is all police department around can show they hold this Special Olympics and Torch Run near and dear to themselves," said retired Dexter Police Chief and current Dexter City Administrator Trevor Pulley. "All the money the organizations collect each year go straight to them."
