Mary Clydeen Hofmann, 77, of Poplar Bluff died Thursday, Aug. 18, 2011 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Hofmann was born April 8, 1934 in White Oak, Mo. She was of the Baptist faith, and had retired from Crane Insurance Agency. Dolores June McConnell Duck, 75, died in Avon Park, Fla., on Aug. 14, 2011. She was born in Malden, Mo., on July 27, 1936 to the Reverend Cecil H. and Nancy Sarah (Predeau) McConn-ell. She had lived in Avon Park since 2006 having moved there from Jackson, Mo. She had served as the Executive Director of the General Baptist Women's Ministries and was of the General Baptist faith.
