Dexter firefighters responded to a fire off County Road 607 Thursday night around 9 p.m. and managed to keep the fire from spreading from a building that housed an electrical business to a nearby home. The business building was totally destroyed. Kiger Electric, owned by Jerry Kiger, was fully engulfed in flames when firefighers arrived.
