BLOOMFIELD, Mo. - The Bloomfield School Board voted to turn food service in the school district to OPAA! Food Management, Inc., at their regular meeting Monday night. The district will retain all food service employees with the exception of the food service director. These employees will continue to be provided benefits until they end their employment. Margriete K. "Mimi" Cox Luadzers, age 94, of Jefferson City, Mo., died Tuesday, June 11, 2013, at the Jefferson City Nursing and Rehabil-itation Center. Mimi was born Feb. 4, 1919, in Stoddard County, the daughter of Henry and Icie Touchstone Baker. She grew up in Southeast Missouri and was later married in 1937 to Paul Cox who preceded her in death. On May 7, 1975, in Jefferson City, Mo., she married Nelson Luadzers, who preceded her in death on March 30, 1992...
