The two are the wanted suspects for the St. Patrick's Day robbery of the bank that took place at 11:25 a.m. Monday. Several arrests were made in Stoddard County over the recent weekend involving drugs and alcohol. Dexter Police arrested Robert J. Metz, 34, of Dexter at 1:43 p.m. Saturday for DWI involving alcohol. Metz was charged as an aggravated offender. The Highway Patrol arrested Mark A. Phillips. 46, of Bernie in Dunklin County Friday night. Commission adopts resolution for bridge standards
