Bloomfield citizens to decide fate of $10 Million bond issue

According to Bloomfield Mayor Donna Medlin, a lot of work continues to be done on the city's water lines; but more work is needed. Recently, the city of Bloomfield had a water tower renovated and painted. "It took a lot of work," Medlin explained. "It had been out of use for a while and needed a lot of repairs.
