BLOOMFIELD -- After two days of testimony, a jury has decided the fate of a fellow Stoddard County resident. It took the jury just 38 minutes to find Jeff Stone, of Bernie, guilty on the charge of driving while intoxicated. According to the original complaint filed with the court, Stone, on or about March 15, 2014, had been driving while intoxicated while under the influence of both alcohol and hydrocodone.
