Operation Christmas Child underway in the Bootheel

Hannibal man wanted for financial exploitation

BLOOMFIELD, Mo. -- A Hannibal man is wanted in Stoddard County on recent charges of financial exploitation of an elderly/disabled person. According to the probable cause affidavit, John Allen Watkins, Jr., of Hannibal, approached Randall Morris, of Aquilla, at his residence.
