The Kennett Police Department has issued an Endangered SILVER Advisory for a missing adult that occurred at Urgent Care in Hayti at 10 p.m. on March 10, 2019. The endangered missing adult is: William Swinton, a black male, age 64, six feet two inches tall, 140 pounds, gray hair, brown eyes, wearing black stocking hat, gray cap, brown leather jacket and khaki pants. ...

Modern Woodmen presented a $2,500 check to the Stars and Stripes Museum recently. The odern Woodmen matched funds raised at the Stars and Stripes trivia night. The trivia night raised about $3,000 and Modern Woodmen matched funds up to $2500. The money is going to the Stars and Stripes school outreach program.
