    EDITOR'S NOTE: Authorities have located Layman and she is safe. The Howell County Sheriff's Office has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for Destiney Layman, 15, after she walked away from a bus stop on County Road 3690 in Mountain View, Missouri at 4:20 p.m. on October 11. She was adopted several years ago and may be attempting to locate her biological family in the areas of Poplar Bluff or Paragould, Arkansas.  Authorities have obtained information that she may attempt to dye her hair or alter her appearance.  Layman has been diagnosed with severe depression and does not have her medication.. ...
