New in town

On Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2013, in a private ceremony at the Stoddard County Justice Center, J. Aaron Mitchell was sworn to practice in the State of Missouri. Mitchell had set for the bar exam in July and this ceremony followed immediately upon his having fulfilled all the requirements for admission to the Missouri Bar. The Hon. Joe Z. Satterfield presided over the occasion with family and friends in attendance. Mitchell was a former extern with the Division II Courts in Stoddard County with Judge Satterfield administrating that externship. Mitchell is a 2013 graduate of Southern Illinois University School of Law obtaining his J.D. and obtained his B.A. in Political Science from Southeast Missouri State University. Mitchell is maintaining a general law practice at 310 Shawnee Street in Bloomfield, Missouri. He and his wife, Kelly, along with their children Addison and Benjamin, make their home in rural Bloomfield.
