****Sheep and goat sale is on the third Friday of the month at 10:00 am****

   Compared to last mouth, few feeder lambs sold 30.00 lower; slaughter 
lambs sold 48.00 lower; slaughter ewes traded 15.00 lower; slaughter rams 
scarce.  Slaughter billies sold steady; few nannies sold steady to 3.00 
higher, slaughter kids sold 2.00 higher, feeder kids sold 50.00 higher 
and yearlings scarce; Demand uneven and supply moderate.  Sheep made up 
approximately 55 percent of the offering, 45 percent goats.

   Slaughter lambs:  Choice 1  40-68 lbs, 170.00-192.50. 75-85 lbs 155.00-
177.50.  Choice 2  56-67 lbs 156.00-170.00.

   Slaughter ewes:  Utility and Good 2-3  90-145 lbs, 67.00-78.00, culls 
few 75-115 lbs 45.00-61.00.    

   Slaughter rams:  Utility and Good 2-3  very few 180-200 lbs 50.00-65.00.

   Replacement ewes:  few 90-120 lbs 90.00-110.00.
