For default in the payment of debt secured by a deed of trust executed by John T Gregory and Natalie N Gregory, dated May 20, 2015, and recorded on May 29, 2015, Document No. 20151878, in Book No. 2015, at Page 1878 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Stoddard County, Missouri, the undersigned Successor Trustee will on April 3, 2019, at 10:00 AM, at the Front Door of the Stoddard County Courthouse, Bloomfield, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash:

Beginning at a point on the North and South Center Line of Section 11, Township 28, North of the Base Line, Range 10 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Stoddard County, Missouri, located 364.5 feet south of the intersection of the east line of Vine Street and the south line of Gabriel Avenue; said Point of Beginning being located on the east line of Vine Street; thence East 117 feet; thence South 82.5 feet; thence West 117 feet to the said east line of Vine Street; and thence North, along the said east line of Vine Street, 82.5 feet to the Point of Beginning, commonly known as 302 S Vine St, Advance, MO, 63730

subject to all prior easements, restrictions, reservations, covenants and encumbrances now of record, if any, to satisfy the debt and costs.
