Stoddard County confirms 59 new cases of COVID-19; two deaths

Ben Godwin, director of the Stoddard County Health Center has confirmed 59 new cases of COVID-19 and the 75th and 76th COVID-19 related deaths since the previous update on August 9.
The county now sits at 218 active cases of COVID-19 and 3782 total cases since the pandemic began.
Broken down by age group the confirmed cases since the start of the pandemic are 0 to 19 – 535, 20 to 29 – 532 cases, 30 to 39 – 509 cases, 40 to 49 – 589 cases, 50 to 59 – 495 cases, 60 to 69 – 494 cases, 70 to 79 – 362 cases and 80-plus – 263 cases. Broken down by gender the county has confirmed 1,679 cases in males and 2,103 cases in females.
