Stoddard County EMA office reports flooding in county, offering help to those affected

Andrew Bohnert, Stoddard County Emergency Management Director, is reporting flash flooding mostly North oHighway J in the Puxico and surrounding area. Bohnert said minor flooding is possible across the county as a result of the storms.

Bohnert has asked that anyone having structure damage, need temporary housing or have other needs as a result of the flooding to contact the Stoddard County Emergency Management Office at 573-614-5155 or email at StoddardEMA@outlook.com.

According to the Stoddard County EMA Office a flash flood warning remains in effect until 2:45 p.m. for Western Stoddard County.
