Faurecia raises the Q1 flag

Faurecia has raised the Q1 flag from Ford and held a celebration. The Q1 Certification is awarded to Ford suppliers who achieve: • Excellent scores for quality and shipping • Your plant must get an endorsement of the STA and Ford Plants • Q1 score above an 80 percent

Everyone wore a Ford Q! shirt as part of the celebration.

Joe Crane and Vernon Christian on the first shift won a day off with pay in a drawing held during the celebration. Karan Smith and Lee Vaughn, who are not pictured, were the winners of the drawing on the second shift that evening.
