The sixth annual Ride for the Cure Dice Run, sponsored by the Throttle Kings Motorcycle Club, left the Dexter Elks Lodge Saturday afternoon with stops at he Wappapello VFW, Greenville Gas Mart and Duck Creek Landing before returning to the Elks. The ride is held in honor of Larry Maronay who lost a battle to cancer. To date the ride has raised $26,000 for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The club donates 100 percent of the proceeds to St. Jude.
