The first snow of 2022 hit the area Thursday morning. All seven county schools called off classes to ensure the safety of their students and staff. The Dexter School District elected to use an AMI (Alternative Method of instruction)on Thursday. Most of the area is forecast to receive 1 to 2 inches of snow.
