BERNIE, Mo. - The Bernie Board of Aldermen voted unanimously to upgrade the city Emergency Manage-ment Agency radio frequency to meet new state guidelines at a cost of $1,065. The Dexter Board of Aldermen voted to table a proposed ordinance that would have raised the number of package liquor licenses allowed by the city from 10 to 11.
