SEMO regents increase general fees by 1.1 percent

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. -- Incidental, general and online course fees were set by the Southeast Missouri State University Board of Regents during their meeting Tuesday. The board approved an increase to incidental fees -- which are considered tuition -- of $3.35 per credit hour, but waived them because of an expected increase in state allocations.
