SIKESTON, Mo. -- Bootheel Counseling Services has teamed up with local agencies to make mental health services more accessible to even more residents in Southeast Missouri. The filing period has closed for school board candidates in Stoddard County, and by far the most contested races in the April 7 election is in the Dexter School District. Six candidates have filed for two positions on the school board.
