Torch Run to take place locally on May 28

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- The Statewide Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Missouri founded by the Missouri Police Chiefs Association (MPCA) 28 years ago, began on Thursday, May 15, and will continue through Friday, May 30.
