******Sheep and goat sale is on the third Friday of the month at 10:00 am******

   Compared to last mouth, feeder lambs sold 50.00 higher; slaughter lambs sold 
27.00 higher; slaughter ewes traded 47.00 higher; slaughter rams 27.00 higher.  
Slaughter billies sold 8.00 lower, nannies sold 5.00 lower, slaughter kids sold 
25.00 higher, feeder kids sold 60.00 higher and yearlings scarce; Demand uneven 
and supply light.  Sheep made up approximately 57 percent of the offering, 43 
percent goats. Prices quoted are per cwt. unless otherwise noted.


   Sheep: 141 head
 
   Slaughter lambs:  Choice 1 45-65 lbs, 247.50-275.00. Choice 2 60-69 lbs 
245.00-250.00, 73-85 lbs 175.00-220.00.

   Feeder lambs:  Medium and Large 1-2  few 35-43 lbs, 250.00-275.00.

   Slaughter ewes:  Utility and Good 2-3  87-130 lbs, 112.50-137.50. Cull 1-2 
65-93 lbs 50.00-100.00.    

   Slaughter Rams:  Utility and Good 2-3  few 100-195 lbs, 110.00-147.50. 

   Replacement Ewes:  Medium and Large 1-2 87-130 lbs, 112.00-137.50.
     
   Goats: 108 head

   Kid:  Selection 1  43-80 lbs 262.50-277.00.  Selection 1-2  47-68 lbs, 
257.50-265.00.    

   Does/Nannies:  Selection 1-2  75-145 lbs, 127.50-147.50.

   Billies:  Bulk medium flesh  few 105-200 lbs, 117.50-135.00.

   Stocker/Feeder Kids:  Selection 1-2  35-45 lbs 250.00-275.00.
