All Three Rivers College events, including graduation ceremony, canceled through end of spring semester

Three Rivers College, based in Poplar Bluff, has announced today all college events for the rest of the spring semester have been canceled.

The cancellations, according to the college’s statement, are based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control.

“Regretfully, this cancellation will apply to our annual graduation ceremony,” the school said in a Facebook post.

Students who meet graduation requirements will receive their degrees and certificates, and their graduation will be reflected on their transcript, the statement said.

“Any student planning to participate in the graduation ceremony will be allowed to participate in the next scheduled ceremony,” the college said.

Diplomas will be mailed to each graduating student at the end of the semester.
