Endangered Silver Advisory alert issued for Steele man

The Steele Police Department has issued an Endangered SILVER Advisory for a missing adult, which occurred 7 a.m. Monday at 324 Missouri St. in Steele.

According to the advisory, Billy G. Quinn, who suffers from Alzheimer’s, left Steele in a dark gray 2011 Cadillac SRX with license plate number, VA6Y1Z, en route to Wardell. He contacted his brother and advised he missed his exit and believed he was in Sikeston. No contact has been made since.

Quinn is described as a 72-year-old white male, with gray hair and blue eyes. He is 5 feet 10 inches and weighs 170 pounds. He was wearing a black leather jacket, button-down brown shirt, blue jeans and white tennis shoes. He has a scar on his upper lip.

Anyone seeing Quinn or his vehicle should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Steele Police Department at 573-333-4101.
