County confirms 42 new cases of COVID-19; 72nd death

Ben Godwin, Director of the Stoddard County Health Center, has confirmed 42 new cases of COVId-19 since the previous update on July 30. Godwin has also confirmed the 72nd COVID-19 related death in Stoddard County.

There are now 157 active cases of COVID-19 in the county and 3,592 confirmed cases since the pandemic began.

Broken down by age group the confirmed cases since the start of the pandemic are 0 to 19 – 512, 20 to 29 – 495 cases, 30 to 39 – 477 cases, 40 to 49 – 557 cases, 50 to 59 – 4656 cases, 60 to 69 – 478 cases, 70 to 79 – 348 cases and 80-plus – 260 cases. Broken down by gender the county has confirmed 1594 cases in males and 19989 cases in females.
