Dexter Fire Department personnel work to extricate two Essex teens trapped in their overturned vehicle as a Dexter Police Department officer takes a statement. The teens were traveling north on Highway 25 when they reported swerving to avoid hitting a cat. The vehicle, driven by 18 year-old Justin P.
