Bloomfield Board approves $595,000 in lease certificates

BLOOMFIELD, Mo. - The Bloomfield School Board voted 5-0 Tuesday night to obtain $595,000 in lease certificates to finance the district's portion for the construction of a FEMA saferoom on the campus. The total cost of the project is estimated to be $1,667,603.75 with FEMA picking up $1,101,077.81 of the tab.
