DMS Bearcats pick up a pair of wins

T. S. Hill Middle School's boys basketball teams picked up a pair of wins against Woodland in the season opener at home Tuesday night. The young Bearcats will next be in action Tuesday (Oct. 23) when they will take to the road for a contest against the Advance Hornets. City receives grant for airport paving project

The Dexter Municipal Airport will once again be seeing improvements come its way. At the Monday night meeting of the Dexter Board of Aldermen, the board voted to accept a considerable grant that will make various improvements at the airport. The grant, funded by MoDOT Aviation, will be used to make taxiway and apron paving improvements, relocate the wind cone and make drainage improvements to the hangar area...
