Due to the Holidays there was no sale last week, however compared
to two weeks ago 600 lbs steers and 300-400 lbs heifers sold 10.00-
18.00 higher, the rest of the offering sold steady to 8.00 higher.
Slaughter cows sold 4.00 higher, bulls sold 9.00 higher; Demand good
and supply light. Cows made up approximately 27 percent of the run,
73 percent feeders. Steers made up approximately 39 percent of the
offering, 39 percent heifers with 22 percent feeder bulls. Offerings
over 600 lbs totaled around 30 percent.
