The Webster Groves Police Department has issued an Endangered Silver Advisory for Linda Tomlin, 74.

Authorities say Tomlin left a care facility at noon on November 12 and is not known to be out past dark. Authorities said Tomlin stopped for fuel in Fredericktown at 10 p.m. The clerk told authorities that she seemed confused trying to get back home.

Tomlin was directed to drive back north to St. Louis. Her vehicle, a gray 2010 Toyota Carolla bearing the Missouri license plate JE6X3B, was last seen having been directed north from the gas station.

Tomlin is described as a white female, 5 foot 3 inches tall, 115 pounds with blue eyes and gray hair. Authorities say Tomlin has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's.

Anyone seeing Tomlin or her vehicle should dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Webster Groves Police Department at 314-645-3000.
