Billy Gilmore Sr.

Billy Joe Gilmore Sr., son of the late Marvin Gilmore and Opal Barthol Gilmore, was born Aug. 6, 1950, in Charter Oak, Missouri, and departed this life March 8, 2024, at the age of 73.

A memorial service will be planned at a later date.
