Dexter Farmer’s Market opens for the season Thursday, May 9, and will be open 4-6 p.m. Thursdays through Oct. 3 at East Park. Those interested in being a vendor can contact the Chamber at info@dexterchamber.com or 573-624-7458.

Mullets in May

Mullets in May will tee off at 9 a.m. Friday, May 10, at Hidden Trails Country Club. Costs are $100 per person and $400 per team. Those interested in having a team, can contact the Chamber at info@dexterchamber.com or 573-624-7458.

DHS graduation

The Dexter High School graduation will be held at 6:30 p.m. Friday, May 10, at the Bearcat Event Center.

Saturday, May 11

Masonic breakfast

Dexter Masonic Lodge 532 will host a breakfast from 6-10 a.m. Saturday, May 11. Cost is $10, and includes pancakes, eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy.

Monday, May 13

Fair board meeting

The Stoddard County Fair Board will meet from 7-9 p.m. Monday, May 13.

Tuesday, May 14

Awards banquet

An awards banquet will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 14, at T.S. Hill Middle School.

Chamber luncheon

The Dexter Chamber’s Annual Spring Luncheon will be at noon Thursday, May 16, at the Bearcat Event Center. This year’s luncheon is sponsored by Sparklight with presenting speaker, Bootheel Behavioral Health.

Saturday, May 18

Dog Walk

A Duck Pluck Dog Walk will be held from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, May 18, at Lucy’s Dog Park. Entry is $15. Proceeds support the park. Event sponsored by Ozark Federal Credit Union & Zoe’s Club

Monday, May 20

Senior Dance

American Legion, 620 W. Oak St., will be host a senior dance at 7 p.m. Monday, May 20. Featured band will be Restless Ramblers with $5 admission. All are welcome to attend.
