What to do?
The St. Louis Rams have been rewarded for their dismal 1-15 record the first overall draft pick in the 2010 NFL draft held in April.
The Rams need help all over the field.
Offensively, quarterbacks Marc Bulger and Kyle Boller take an old-fashioned beating every week due to the fact that the St. Louis offensive line is one of the worst in football. The talented young Ram receivers seem to be injury prone. Steven Jackson seems to be the only positive as he continues to put up All-Pro numbers. Imagine what he could do IF he had an average blocking line and the Rams weren't forced to pass the ball as often.
The Rams have made progress on the defensive side of the ball but still have quite a ways to go. There is a need for an all new secondary.
The one area that shines for St. Louis is the kicking game. Josh Brown and Donnie Jones are among the best in the NFL. No changes needed here.
So the big question is what should the Rams do come draft time? Offense, defense, or trade the top overall pick to try and fill a few needs? What would you do?
