Commissioner Carrol Jarrell opened the weekly commission meeting making a motion to approve minutes from January 9. Commissioner Greg Lintz seconded. Presiding commissioner Greg Mathis asked that the minutes be corrected to reflect he was a member of the Southeast Health Regional Board. The name of the board was recorded incorrectly. Identities of double homicide victims in Sikeston released; public assistance requested

The identities of a husband and wife who were shot and killed early Sunday in Sikeston have been released. Kiara D. Haynes, a 33-year-old male, and Breana C.
