Patton - Patton Junction Livestock Auction: Feeder Cattle and Cow auction for 2/23/2015

   No sale last week due to snow. Compared to two weeks ago, steers and 
heifers under 600 lbs sold 4.00-9.00 higher, the offering over 600 lbs 
sold 5.00 lower except a pot load of 800 lbs.  Slaughter cow and bulls 
sold 1.00 higher; Demand uneven and supply very light.  Cows made up 
approximately 10 percent of the run, 90 percent feeders.  Steers made up 
approximately 55 percent of the offering, 37 percent heifers with 7 
percent feeder bulls.  Offerings over 600 lbs totaled around 36 percent.
